got an SMS from Ilana a few days ago, telling me I may not have a job when I come back. I looked into this, and sure enough, 013 Barak outsourced their entire customer srvice department to another company, partly owned by shareholders in Barak. What kind of a company in it's right mind outsources it's customer service? and it's not like they're hiring guys in India to take the calls. same people, same place, same contract, but through a third party. I say - WTF?!
At this point, with what I know so far, I may want to be fired. getting 5 years worth of compensation will be far better than getting back to a lifeless, demoralised company, and choosing to quit, and get nothing.
going to try and cointinue to enjoy this vacation.
